How do I cancel a booking?
Booking will be charged in at the time of booking.

Note: All bookings must be paid at the time of booking or we will resell your booking.
Things to Note
To complete the booking, we pre-authorise your card full amount for the booking and if this fails then contact you to take payment for your booking, should this fail then we cancel the booking 24 hours after booking.
If you have a group booking, we charge full payment 30 days in advance for all bookings, we charge first night as deposit over 30 days and remaining due 30 days before you arrive.
Is there a Deposit?
A £20 per person deposit is required upon check-in and is returned at check out to secure against keys linens room. We accept Passports as security on room’s keys but we do not accept ID cards or driving licences.
How do I make payment for my booking?
After booking through one of our partner channels, we email you an invoice to be paid online.
First night payments for bookings are due so if you don’t not show or cancel, we retain the first night and cancel the booking if no show on the first night. If you have not received our email, please check your spam folder and add our emails to your contacts allow: email@example.com
