How do I cancel a booking?
If you wish to cancel or amend your reservation and to receive a full refund you will need to notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
7 Days in advance of your arrival date, by 2.30pm. If you notify us any later than 7 days before your arrival date, or in case of a no-show, you will not be entitled to a refund. This applies to solo bookings, all group bookings must notify us within 30 days of check-in date and time.
Booking will be charged in at the time of booking.
All bookings if modified, cancelled, or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If you arrive a day or more late without informing the hostel, we will attempt to accommodate you, but this may not be in the same room type booked & may incur extra charges.
External & Third Party Booking Platforms
If you have booked via a third party website, please refer to our cancellation policy terms on that website. You must also inform the site if you wish to amend or cancel your booking & also inform us in writing at email@example.com
. The terms listed on Third Party bookings platforms may vary from each other, so please ensure you review the correct policy terms.
Grace period bookings made via third party websites, if you book & cancel on the same day then you will receive a refund minus a £5 processing fee. If you book on the same day as arrival & cancel there is no refund.
If you book a non-refundable rate via a third party booking platform, the booking is non-refundable.
Note: All bookings must be paid at the time of booking or we will resell your booking.
Things to Note
To complete the booking, we pre-authorise your card full amount for the booking and if this fails then contact you to take payment for your booking, should this fail then we cancel the booking 24 hours after booking.
If you have a group booking, we charge full payment 30 days in advance for all bookings, we charge first night as deposit over 30 days and remaining due 30 days before you arrive.
Is there a Deposit?
A £20 per person deposit is required upon check-in and is returned at check out to secure against keys linens room. We accept Passports as security on room’s keys but we do not accept ID cards or driving licences.
How do I make payment for my booking?
After booking through one of our partner channels, we email you an invoice to be paid online.
First night payments for bookings are due so if you don’t not show or cancel, we retain the first night and cancel the booking if no show on the first night. If you have not received our email, please check your spam folder and add our emails to your contacts allow: firstname.lastname@example.org
