Things to Note

To complete the booking, we preauthorise your card full amount for the booking and if this fails then contact you to provide a card we can charge or cancel the booking 24 hours after.

If you have a group booking, we charge full payment 30 days in advance for all bookings, we charge first night as deposit over 30 days and remaining due 30 days before you arrive.

Is there a Deposit?

A £20 per person deposit is required upon check in and is returned at check out to secure against keys linens room. We accept Passports as security on room’s keys but we do not accept ID cards or driving licences.

 

How do I make payment for my booking?

After booking through one of our partner channels, we email you an invoice to be paid online.

First night payments for bookings are due so if you don’t not show or cancel, we retain the first night and cancel the booking if no show on the first night. If you have not received our email, please check your spam folder and add our emails to your contacts allow: bookings@evertonhostel.com

How do I cancel a booking?

If cancelling a booking, we require 48 hours advance notice to amend or cancel booking, a group, we requires 7 days advance for 1 room and 2 room or more requires 30 days.

 

All cancellations or changes to bookings must be communicated by email, if you do call us then we will request you follow-up in writing to confirm.

Please proceed with the confirmation of your reservation at your earliest possible convenience to avoid cancellation.

Cancellation Policy :
This property has a 2 days (48 Hours) cancellation policy for solo traveller bookings (non groups). If you choose to cancel, there is a 3% processing fee to refund the balance, we retain first night and refund the remaining minus 3% fee.

Failure to cancel or amend your booking within the time period will incur a cancellation admin charge equal to the first night of your stay plus 3% processing fee.

Things to Note :

Payment due same days as booking, all major cards accepted  with a 3% processing fee.
We do not accept cancellations by phone, email only to: bookings@evertonhostel.com
Check-Out: 11AM daily, extra day charge if beds or room are not vacated by 11AM.
Check-In: from 3PM Daily at our reception point.
Change-Over: Return Keys to reception 10AM, reclaim new dorm keys.Lockers: £1 Hire, £5 Deposit per day.
– Hair-dryer Tongs Hair Straightener: £1, £5 Deposit.
– Iron: £5 Deposit.
If you will be arriving after 22:00 (10PM) please contact us by email or phone to let us know. If you don’t show up before 22:00 (10PM) and you haven’t contacted us about it, we are not responsible for your reservation and will charge you for the first night and cancel your booking.

 

***GROUP IMPORTANT NOTICE***

Groups 7 Day Notice Non-refundable

Group Cancellation Terms
Note if a group booking is cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and non refundable no less than 7 days in advance for 1 room. Group bookings of 2 rooms or more will incur 1 month notice and no refund under a one month notice period to amend or cancel the booking.

Deposit Policy
The total price of the reservation is charged 100% after booking is made through all channels. We are unable to hold bookings not paid for, unless we receive 100% of the booking.

For all bookings 100% will be charged, fast check in.
£10.00 key deposit required on arrival, £20.00 per person for large groups of 4 or more paid at time of booking.

Note: All bookings must be paid at time of booking or we will resell your beds to full paying guests.
